Effective October 14, 2026 · habla-bien-bundle-license-2026-10-14. These product-specific terms apply to the one-time Interview Practice Bundle priced separately at MXN 149 or USD 9.
What you receive
One 28-page PDF and one offline editable HTML workbook containing bilingual interview-practice kits, 24 written contexts, explicitly fictional worked answers, STAR evidence templates, self-review prompts, retries, and planning sheets. The HTML file sends nothing to a server and provides a plain-text export; it does not autosave, so export before closing. The purchase does not include the already-public 32-page Fieldbook 01 PDF, which remains free, and does not make that public file exclusive.
Personal license
One purchaser may download the paid PDF and editable workbook, keep reasonable backup copies, and print copies for that purchaser’s own interview practice. You may write in, annotate, or edit your personal working copies. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and not a sale of the copyright.
No redistribution
You may not share the file or printed copies with another person, resell it, post it publicly, upload it to a shared drive or learning platform, distribute it in a class or company, sell derivative templates, scrape it, or remove rights notices. An educator or organization needs separate written permission.
Delivery boundaries
This is a digital download only. No printed item, manufacturing, shipping, campus handoff, voice recording, microphone feature, human listening or feedback, recruiting service, AI feature, pronunciation score, subscription, or future update is included.
Examples and learner facts
Worked answers are labeled fictional and teach structure only. Do not present their names, employers, actions, numbers, or outcomes as your history. You are responsible for using accurate facts you can defend and for protecting confidential or third-party information.
Refunds and access
If the paid file is defective or cannot be delivered, contact enece@somosenece.com. Refunds and non-waivable consumer rights are handled under applicable law and the checkout terms. A full refund or active payment dispute ends future account re-downloads; a partial refund does not automatically revoke under the current fulfillment contract. Files already downloaded, backed up, or printed cannot be remotely recalled.
Account deletion and recovery
The license and re-download history are bound to the verified Habla Bien membership UUID and membership generation used at checkout, never to email or return-URL metadata. Deleting that app membership ends future account re-download and does not erase retained transaction evidence required for refunds, disputes, support, tax, or legal obligations. Recreating a membership creates a new generation and does not silently attach the old purchase. Studio sign-out and sibling apps remain separate.
