Service terms
Effective October 14, 2026. These baseline terms apply to Enecé previews and services. Product-specific checkout terms, prices, refunds, and renewal disclosures control where they are more specific.
Eligibility and assent
You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these terms. Paid, account, and cloud features may require a higher age or additional consent. A purchase flow must show the applicable price, period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before payment.
Optional Studio account
You may browse the catalog without an account. Optional Somos Enece identity uses email authentication; initial Studio membership requires your affirmative consent. Identity is shared, but app data, consent, purchases and deletion remain separate. Studio access is not owner administration, a subscription, AI consent, voice entitlement or automatic sign-in to other domains. Restoring an active membership does not overwrite consent, and signing in never silently recreates a deleted membership. Sign-out affects only the current Studio binding; app-specific privacy requests use the support address.
Current product status
Sendido is a native app in development, with no public download or paid beta access available. Habla Bien keeps its original 32-page Fieldbook PDF and written companion free and anonymous, and separately offers the 28-page Interview Practice & STAR Templates bundle at MXN 149 or USD 9 once under its product license. No physical Habla Bien inventory, ordering, shipping or operational Voice Lab is included. Nova cloud and checkout remain rollout-gated. Do not rely on roadmap descriptions as a promise of a release date or feature.
Subscriptions
A recurring plan renews at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. Online purchases must provide an online billing-management or cancellation path. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access through the paid period, subject to the product terms and rights that cannot be waived.
User content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant only the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, or display it for the feature you request. You must have permission to submit third-party content and must not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or nonconsensual intimate material.
AI and wellness boundaries
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before use. CONA is meditation education, not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support. Bolt supports pet-care organization and does not replace a veterinarian.
Intellectual property
Enecé products, editorial material, design, and shipped assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Personal access does not permit resale, scraping, redistribution, or removal of rights notices. The Habla Bien paid-bundle license specifically permits its purchaser to download, keep reasonable backups, annotate a personal working copy, and print for personal practice; it does not permit sharing or organizational distribution.
Service changes and contact
Enecé may maintain, secure, improve, or retire a preview. Material changes to a paid service will be communicated as required. Support and legal questions: enece@somosenece.com.
