Privacy notice
Effective October 14, 2026. This notice covers the Enecé studio site, including its optional account, ENECE Lo-Fi commission inquiries and delivery, Habla Bien purchase fulfillment, and Sendido and Habla Bien product pages. Separate applications have their own privacy notices.
Studio site and cookies
somosenece.com stores a first-party language preference cookie and reads your browser language to select English or Spanish. Optional /account sign-in uses Supabase email authentication with server-verified identity and essential HttpOnly, host-only somos-studio-auth cookies (including PKCE verifier and session chunks) scoped to /account. No audience analytics are enabled. Vercel hosts the site and may process IP address, browser, requested URLs and security or error logs. No analytics does not mean no server logs.
Optional Somos Enece account
Supabase processes your sign-in email, authentication/session information and Studio membership. Initial Studio activation requires affirmative consent and records its version and time. An existing active Studio membership can bind a verified session without replacing that consent. A deleted membership is never silently recreated. One shared identity does not combine app data, consent, purchases or deletion, and does not automatically sign you in across domains. A sign-in request is not proof of email delivery, paid access or AI entitlement. Unconfigured or unavailable identity is shown as such.
Sendido
The Sendido route is a product page for a bilingual messenger in development, not a functioning native messenger or translation service. It does not accept private messages, create messaging accounts, record voice or send your conversations to an AI provider. Checkout remains closed even if a payment link has been configured. Availability inquiries open your email app; sending that email shares your address and whatever you include with support.
Habla Bien
The original Fieldbook PDF and written companion remain anonymous: their browser-tab notes are not uploaded. Buying the separate digital bundle requires explicit Habla Bien consent and a verified Supabase identity/session. Supabase stores the app membership UUID, generation, consent and purchase/download ledger; Stripe processes checkout and payment data. The site stores provider financial identifiers and status, not full card details, and never links ownership by email or return-URL metadata. Signed webhooks re-fetch Stripe state before granting a license. Full refunds, active disputes, app deletion and stale membership generations block future re-download. Transaction evidence may remain for refunds, disputes, support, tax and legal obligations; files already saved or printed cannot be recalled. No voice, microphone, human listening or AI processing is included.
ENECE Lo-Fi inquiries and commissions
Public previews and the free demonstration do not require an account. Submitting a commission inquiry requires a verified Studio session and separate affirmative consent to store and answer the request. Supabase stores your contact name and email, optional company and HTTPS reference URL, space type, preferred style, written brief, consent version/time, and Studio user UUID and membership generation. The contact email is for correspondence, not proof of ownership. Authorized commission operators review requests and, after explicit customer approval, record the scope, delivery and rights terms, amount and currency, approval hash and operator identity. Inquiry consent is not marketing consent, a booking, a charge, a license or permission to pool another product's data. Reference links are stored as supplied; the service does not silently fetch or scrape their contents or send the brief to an AI provider.
Commission imagery and use permissions
The inquiry form accepts text and an optional link, not image or interior-photo uploads. If imagery or other materials are later shared through support for an agreed commission, operators review source/tool provenance, permitted inputs, identifiable people, logos, private interiors and necessary permissions with you before use. Share only material you are authorized to provide, without patient or other sensitive personal information. Customer approval for a deliverable does not authorize publishing private references, interiors or customer identity as a testimonial or portfolio example. Public-performance, synchronization, advertising and platform permissions require separate review of the exact use; payment and AI-tool output do not establish exclusive copyright or blanket clearance.
Commission payment and private delivery
Approved commissions use Stripe-hosted invoices. Stripe receives the billing contact and the approved scope and rights terms; it processes payment details. Supabase stores invoice/customer/payment identifiers, amount/currency, payment and refund/dispute state, license facts, and event evidence, not full card details. Signed webhooks re-fetch provider state; an invoice link or payment return does not grant access. Customer deliverables use a private Supabase Storage bucket, with upload reservations, filenames, byte counts, SHA-256 checksums, verified object identity and the approved delivery manifest. Operators must independently verify stored bytes and explicitly publish the delivery. Downloads require the owning active Studio UUID and generation, verified payment, an unblocked license and unchanged object identity; the service then grants a signed URL valid for 60 seconds. A signed link is temporary bearer access: do not share it. Refunds, disputes or revoked/stale Studio access can block future grants, but cannot remotely erase a downloaded file or immediately recall an already issued signed link.
Separate products
CONA, Bolt, Throughput and Nova run on separate product domains. Their accounts, local storage, cloud features, payment gates and AI integrations are governed by the notice on each product, not a blanket studio promise. Following a product or external link makes a request to that destination. Consult the product policy links below before entering health, pet-care, birth or workplace data.
Owner-only administration
The protected studio administration area uses an essential session cookie for owner authentication. Its portfolio ledger is stored in the owner's browser localStorage and can be reset or exported as CSV. This is not a visitor analytics database or a public customer account service. Owners should not place customer secrets or unnecessary personal data in ledger notes.
Choices, support and retention
Studio sign-out revokes only this app's current session binding and clears its cookies; it does not sign out other apps or delete accounts, data, purchases or the shared identity. If server revocation fails, we report that only local cookies were cleared. Clearing browser storage removes local preferences and any owner ledger, not exported files, sent email, membership records or hosting logs. For access, correction or app-specific erasure requests, email enece@somosenece.com and name the app; for ENECE Lo-Fi include the request or order reference, not payment-card details. Support handles requests individually and verifies authority before acting. There is no self-service commission-delete button, global account-deletion API or automatic retention/erasure schedule here. Commission briefs, support exchanges, approvals and private deliverables remain until an operator handles applicable retention or erasure; financial and license evidence needed for tax, legal duties, refunds, disputes, security or enforcement may need to remain. We explain applicable limits rather than promising all records can be deleted. We cannot retrieve browser-only data or remotely erase files already downloaded, printed, exported or shared. No unverified fixed retention period is promised.
Providers and sensitive information
The studio uses Vercel hosting; Supabase for optional identity, app membership, Habla Bien fulfillment, commission records and private deliverables; Stripe for the separate Habla Bien bundle checkout and approved Lo-Fi commission invoices; and email services for authentication or support. Visiting a page or granting Studio, Habla Bien or inquiry consent does not itself create a charge or AI-provider request. Providers may process data in other countries under their terms and technical retention. Enter card details only on Stripe-hosted payment pages; do not send passwords, payment-card details, confidential interview/workplace information, patient information or others' personal data to support or practice fields.
